Everybody in that dealership was excellent. I brought in my 2021 Dodge Charger Scat Pack Widebody and they were able to service it no problem... they even cleaned it up really well for me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. And after seeing the cars in there, a Volvo might be next after the Charger. Some of them have some serious power!

empire Volvo is such a professional place. They have the texting thay keeps you up on the progress of the car then explains anything your car may need and you have the choice to fix there or wait if it is t emergent. All nice people who truly know customer service.

They seem to have done a good job. But it took 1 1/2 days, because their machinery to balance the wheels wasn't working. Also, they charged me extra to use a credit card, which was irritating as I assume most people use a credit card to pay their charges.

Always a pleasure. I got a puncture in my tire. Volvo had my car towed to the dealership. The next morning ai received a call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up after replacing the tire. The car had been cleaned inside and out! Nash was efficient and personable!

The shop seemed like it had too many appointments scheduled at the same time. I had a 9:30am appointment but my car wasn't finished until 12:30 pm. I had an inspection done, windshield wipers changed, and an oil change. I was waiting for my car and three hours seemed too long for the services I was having done. That being said my service rep and the office staff were very helpful and friendly!

Mash the Service Guy is the best! He immediately knew what the problem was and took care of it gratis. They could have "soaked me" and said it was something else costing big $$$.
And on top of that they washed the car inside and out!
I always get serviced and repairs here and I come all the way from Southold!

The service agent was more than attentive and went through great lenths to accomodate. Car was returned fully detailed as well!
Unfortunately the sensor issue with the vehicle persists and check engine light went back on. It is a manufacturer issue and of no fault of the service department.
