Extremely overpriced. They've changed their system to where you aren't given a breakdown of their charges so you have no idea where the money is going until it's too late. Once you leave the location and do research, you realize you could've got the same work for 3 times less the price. A robbery at best. Won't be going there for anymore services.

The sales people were very un-ethical trying to be very pushy for a purchase - was a BMW, I saw something already broken like a trim piece but they denied saying I broke it. Be Aware of such sales poeple being super pushy just to sign the paperwork without needing to inspect the car fully.

I recently visited Empire Nissan in Hillside for an oil change and was pleased with the service. The process was smooth and efficient. However, I did notice a few changes since the new ownership, particularly the absence of the quick check tire machine measurements that were previously provided. While this isn't a major issue, it was a useful feature in the past. Overall, I had a good experience and will return for future service.
