Extremely overpriced. They've changed their system to where you aren't given a breakdown of their charges so you have no idea where the money is going until it's too late. Once you leave the location and do research, you realize you could've got the same work for 3 times less the price. A robbery at best. Won't be going there for anymore services.

I didn't like nothing. It sucks. When a line comes in to have something checked, I've been here too many times you can book my information out. I'm tied it in mind to me. He told me he changed the senses that night. Since it came on, I have a picture and have a recording. I've been recording this for the past 6 months. This service sucks and i'm p***** off

Car had so many issues and yes they are fixing them but it is now July 4 and this car was bought in June 7th - has been in the shop more than I have gotten a chance to drive it. Although it took a long time connecting to the customer service, I still took my car there since I have been using Rt. 22 Nissan before they became Empire. I just like the place, close to home. I miss Isaiah who was my advisor. Evelyn is the new advisor. She seems ok.

The sales people were very un-ethical trying to be very pushy for a purchase - was a BMW, I saw something already broken like a trim piece but they denied saying I broke it. Be Aware of such sales poeple being super pushy just to sign the paperwork without needing to inspect the car fully.

I recently visited Empire Nissan in Hillside for an oil change and was pleased with the service. The process was smooth and efficient. However, I did notice a few changes since the new ownership, particularly the absence of the quick check tire machine measurements that were previously provided. While this isn't a major issue, it was a useful feature in the past. Overall, I had a good experience and will return for future service.
