Very pleasant customer service, busy day but the staff was nice and organizing. Ms. Rosa was taking care of me that day and was great. Thank goodness that I haven't been there a lot so far with my hyundai only for maintenance, but my experience has been great waiting room is clean and relaxing , staff was nice didn't wait long , clean bathrooms whole place is new. the only problem there is no place around to get something to eat we need snacks in the waiting room.

Empire is an example of how service should be handled. I waited fro my vehicle, was comfortable in their waiting area and kept informed of all aspects of the service. There was no pressure for any products of filters, and was informed that my cabin filter needed replacement in the near future. Everyone at this service facility is always very professional and informative.

Service writer(Michael) lacks the capacity to deliver services to customers. Slow, only focus on getting vehicles into the shop and letting customers waiting for their vehicles after services are completed to wait until you make a request to get your vehicle back. Witness other writers turn vehicles over to customers 5X to his one.

Everyone is prepared when I arrive for an appointment, we review what's needed in terms of service and possible recalls, and the amount of wait time is reasonable. Went in for recall.they found two parts that needed replacing but under warranty.and they had the nerve to charge for an oil change! That I never asked for! Total rip off!

Total nonsense. They messed up my car the more. Took the car in for anti-theft recall service, instead they got my car destroyed they gave my car returned to me with check engine light on, heater spoiled and steering rack plastic cover broken.
