This is a false record, they did not provide me service in May, they inspected my car in Feb after the car was already sold to me since November because this dealership is probably the worst I ever been to, I would not recommend my dog to this business, they should be grateful I never reported them to the better business bureau, Nor the less the Top person at Ford

Service Manager was excellent giving me a loaner vehicle. Due to extensive repairs the loaner vehicle was truly needed. Two service reps made sure that the service was done after my extended warranty approved the repairs. I'm grateful for the excellent service.

They did a scheduled valet pick up, performed all the necessary work plus found a problem which they fixed on the undercarriage. i was disappointed to hear that a piece of plastic coat hook was over $300 to fix so we didn't do that. Advisor kept in touch with me daily and returned car as found. Thank you!

The solution was Empire Ford applying a software update to my car which resolved -> Error messages i was getting. Laura of service dept was also very helpful! Also outside female service greeter helped give me a lift home.

Went in for an oil change, was told by the service advisor that the cost would be about $129. When the car was done the invoice was over 175. I( will never bring my car there again for service. If you cant give a proper estimate then be honest and let the customer know.

Horrible customer service. I've had to bring my vehicle back multiple times for the same issue. The staff refuse to take responsibility and then when you speak up, the GM Bill Ballan tells you to "never return" to the dealership. This place doesn't deserve one star. Find another ford dealer! They are disrespectful, unprofessional frauds.

My 21 Bronco Sport was A Nightmare of a SUV. Engine replacement, 4 water pumps, 2nd rear dif, 2nd rear axle. Evaporated codes , 12-14 recalls. And Ford Sevice handled them.
