Their diagnosis of the car was incorrect. They stated that a bent rim was causing the stability issues which is it wasn't. They stated that I needed a new battery even though a new one was just installed I ended up taking it to a local mechanic who resolved my problem at a fraction of Jeep's estimated bill

After my oil change my oil drain plug fell out while I was driving a few days later! Now my car is covered in oil and I had to have it towed and have another shop redo my oil change. HOPE IT DIDN'T DAMAGE THE INTERNALS OF MY NEW MOTOR!!!! STAY AWAY, THEY HAVE KIDS WORKING THERE WITH NO EXPERIENCE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR EXPENSIVE CAR. THEY TREAT ALL CARS LIKE HOOPTYS!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!

Vehicle state inspection was due also had open recall which was for programming. Vehicle was programmed first before performing state inspection. But wasn't now about a quarter tank of fuel was burned to set OBD readiness just because inspection wasn't performed first.

Liked the fact I could bring the truck in right away as the fuel tank strap had broken. Fixed under the extended warranty. Communication about the status of the repair could have been better. Was promised 2 days but took 4. That was OK, just wished I got some updates from the dealer regarding status of the repair.

Had spark plugs replaced but now vehicle starts roughly. It never started like this before. Also, I complained of an odor of gasoline. I know sometimes these types of things are hard to troubleshoot but the odor is still there.
