My A/C recently went out during a heat wave and I brought my Chevy Tahoe in for servicing. They couldn't locate the problem for a few days but they gave me a loner till my Tahoe was repaired and ready. Although I live in Queens, I purchased my used SUV at Empire Chevrolet in 2022 and since then I've been bringing my vehicle here for service. Why, because they do an excellent job. This time around, Nathan Schaffert processed my initial service request and Sanjeev Noel, closed on the repair job. In fact, when I picked up my car,'the Service Dept. manager brought it out for pickup. The entire Service Dept. Team is awesome.
P.S. My A/C is working great too!

always an issue last oil change they never did car and had for 2 days for a scheduled appointment then said next one free. this time rotated tires then fixed wrong wheel. voicemail of service manager always full and argue with you after they didn't keep track of which wheel to fix that they still fixed correct wheel. Another 2 days. Now it has to go back again to fix wheel we wanted done and we were charges for "free" oil change they promised last time.
