They did report all tire good for tire rotation the first time on 3 June 35 and 4 days later ,07 June 25 have to recall maintenance and did report again for my tire is not good. driving a decade I never face the dealers who put the bad tire in front wheel.

During my most recent service, the service tech was careless spilling oil on the manifold and engine. Had to bring vehicle back to be cleaned twice. Oil smell continued for almost a week before fully burning off. Very annoying. Paying dealerhip prices, you shouldn't have to worry about amateur mistakes like this. No offense, but I may as well go to a Jiffy Lube for oil change.

Great customer service. Unfortunately the gentleman has listed my mileage incorrectly by almost 10,000 miles. My truck only has 43,000 miles on it. No where near 50,000+. It was purchased in September 2024 with only 32k miles on it. This is going to be a discrepancy on the Carfax for the vehicle to drive the price down and it needs to be corrected.

They use texting or calling to tell you your car is done even when you wait in the waiting room. They don't come get you get you, even when you don't have cell service. I was sitting in the back room for at least a half day wasted, cause they are too lazy to get up from their desk and talk to customers.

They had our car for six months claiming a part they needed was coming and then didn't come over and over. They did give us a loaner claiming that that was a hardship for them. Gimme a break. And then kept telling us the car needed more work (because it was sitting there for six months). I'm sure this is not a typical experience, but it was ours and it was awful and headache inducing for sure.

Doesn't seem like anybody there knows what they're doing. I had a problem talk to the manager. I ended up buying a new truck and the problem. He told me that I was having with my truck didn't happen with the other truck and he was trying to tell me that it was the trailer that was a problem.
