You can always count on the internet to give the ignorant a voice. Premier Auto Service did install new rotors but if they used cheap, house-brand rotors from a local auto parts store, it is likely that is the primary reason the front rotors were warped when we acquired the vehicle. We felt it was best to install new brake pads after we addressed the rotor issue so that uneven pads were not used on a new flat rotor surface. You made the reference that we are scamming customers. This is OUR vehicle so if it did not need to be done, why would we add unnecessary expenses to the bottom line of a vehicle in OUR inventory? Perhaps you should ask questions that make sense instead of posting a review that is COMPLETELY misleading. You do not even have the courage to leave your contact information for me to provide some context, photos, and video from the multi-point inspection that would have clearly explained the reasoning behind the repair. We are one of the top pre-owned dealers in Texas and have been in business for 53 years. You do not thrive in an industry as competitive as the car business by being deceitful and doing bad business. The days of sitting back watching customers post false or intentionally misleading reviews (and companies not speak up) are over. The customer is not always right.

I decided to drive there which was a bit out of my way. I had to show my drivers license and have a seat. After 30 minutes of waiting and feeling like I was forgotten, I left. I guess selling cars isn't top priority. I ended up buying 2020 BMW from The Woodlands.

Not very helpful at all. I missed his calls, and we texted. I tried to call back two times and got a voicemail box. I did the preapproval, and then he told me this car was cash-only. Messages were short and left me with an unfavorable opinion of the dealership and the sales rep.

Internet sales person was poor in communications which resulted in going elsewhere. My experience with buying cars thru CarFax and the notification to the sellers has been very lack luster at best. Dealers only interested if you come in for test drive. Do not pay attention to the zip code provided in initial request.

I was appalled that the dealership wanted to run a credit check and agree to terms before allowing me to test drive the car. Your sales associate made an error when he told you that, considering you were looking at a Volvo SUV. As soon as I was made aware, I emailed you and explained that you would be welcome to view and test drive the vehicle in person without any stipulations. You kindly responded and said you would try to make it by the dealership within a week to do just that. Ultimately, you chose to go elsewhere for your purchase. First impressions are very important. Actually no one contacted me I called CarMax to let them know I was approved for a car loan, they said they would contact me when they found a convertible. A couple days later I contacted them to tell them about convertibles I found on CarMax site, they said they would look into it an get back with me and that's been about 2 weeks maybe an still haven't heard from anyone!!!!!!

I contacted them, They told me the vehicle is there, I planned a visit the next day, the salesman was not there, other one tried to make me fill papers but never brought the car, as i refused to fill any papers they told me the car was sold.
