I'd never been to their shop before, but he got me in right away to check the issue. Since it was minor, they fixed it on the spot. Where I usually go, it would have taken three days just to schedule an initial appointment.

First visit and was very happy! Even though I was only in for an oil change I had the chance to observe how well they treat all of their customers. I especially appreciated how they took the time to explain their findings and any proposed repairs to people. Way better than how the big dealerships do business now a days! Will definitely be back!

Great communication, attention to detail, friendly and helpful, quotes sent via link in text messages with pics of my car to show problem areas, totally reasonable time frame for repair and maintenance visit, completely reasonable price for service. Couldn't be happier with Elsesser. I'll be back for all maintenance and repairs. Perk: I'm immunosuppressed and can't fight infection - waiting area and restroom were spotless.
