I felt the employees were actually trying to do a good job, but were just to inexperienced. The young man, 19 years old, I was his first sale, and he basically seemed to be on his own. I spent many months trying to find the exact vehicle, with the exact options I wanted. This dealer happened to have this vehicle. It took over 5 hours to close the deal, and my only request was to keep my car payment at a certain number and If they couldn't, I would use my credit union, which I knew had a lower interest rate. Back and forth we went. I finally said to the, go between, what don't you guys get ? This is all I'm asking for, and he says, so all you care about is the monthly payment ? I responded, yes, that's what I said from the beginning. Now on to finance. another 2.5 hours later, and I was finally ready to start signing papers. On available cars, and value, yes, I would recommend this store, they just need to do something about the purchase process. Enough Said

They had the car I wanted and the sales person was very friendly, but Though they called, texted, and emailed me to make sure I was coming at the appointed time, when I got there nobody could find the car. After a half hour, the sales person found the car, but couldn't find the key. More than another half hour passed before he found the key, and I took it for a short spin. Then they took their time until the looked at my trade-in. By the time they verbally gave me a ballpark $$figure, I had to leave for another appointment, so they said they would text or email me with the final figure. That came to me three hours later, and while the price of the car was great, they offered me $3000 less for my trade-in than I had been offered from another dealer and what Edmunds said it was valued. I called to make sure that this was their best offer, and they said that unless I get back to the dealership within the hour and with the title of my trade-in, they were going to show it to another prospect. Since they were almost an hour away, there was no way I could abide. So, I did not buy the car from them.
