I've stayed with Charlie as my service contact because of his knowledge, and outgoing, friendly personality. I owned my own business and view Charlie as an excellent example of how to work with customers/clients that will stay with your business and pass that on to potential new customers. A good man.

Have been coming there for years and had service done. The video of the undercarriage was good and it was explained by technician. It showed why and what needed to be replaced. I had the axle replaced and they gave me a loaner car in the meantime. The repair was done earlier than promised. Always very happy with the service and they all know me and greet me. Love that place!

The staff - all of them - are so friendly. Not fake friendly, just naturally friendly. Not one employee passed us (while we were waiting for our car) without saying hi and asking if we needed anything to drink or a snack. My car was done way ahead of time and it was washed. When anyone asks how I like my Subaru I tell them why I love it and ALWAYS tell them of the great, no pressure sales people and that it is worth the drive.

I had an appointment with Mike Murphy, whom I have worked with previously and have complete trust. When I arrived , A different advisor popped up , said Mike wasn't in, and proceeded to help me. I don't bother to make appointments with specific advisors only to be handed off to someone unknown to me. An appropriate response would have been to offer to reschedule with Mike, since I specifically made an appointment with him .

Service was good considering how busy it was. Woke up to a dead battery. I called roadside service for a jumpstart then took car in without an appointment. I was given a loaner which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Had to bring car in the next day because temperature/clock display was black. Less hectic that day. Service agents seemed friendlier.

The coupon I used was for 6000 mile minor service for 139. But they itemize everything out on the invoice and when they are done it actually costs 145 and that includes a 6.95 discount for the coupon. Their coupon is misleading. If you have a coupon for 139 for a specified set of services that is what should be charged at the bottom line. They do a good job otherwise.

Hi, the service after the coupon totaled $139.95. The extra $5.10 was taxes. I know it looks confusing at the bottom of the receipt but, yes you only paid the coupon price plus tax. Sorry for the confusing paperwork

Customer service needs work. Pull up to designated service area, but no one comes out to check you in like Roseville and Shingle Springs service department. Walk inside, stand at counter, no one comes to greet or check you in. Same upon return to pick up. Stand at counter, no one comes out to tend to you. The advisors are facing opposite of counter, so obviously cannot see you.

The service person assigned to me was argumentative when I pointed out a discrepancy in my car's report. And pushed my cars finish time just because I was supplied a loaner car. When my car was finally done, as I was driving away the brake light was on and would not go off. I had to return and my car had to be fixed.

I like the personnel but 21/2 hours to wait for an oil change and tire rotation is too long. There were so many people in the waiting room that I had to sit in the show room. It will be nice to get an express service lane.

I made an appointment a few days before my Wife and I went in to see the vehicle in question and found out it was no longer for sale. I do not understand why I was not informed before I wasted my time going to the dealership. POOR experience overall.
