The service was completed in less time and for less cost than I expected. I thought the service advisor would say that my car needed more service but instead he said that my brakes were still good. It's nice when your not sold service your car doesn't need.

The man helping me was not helpful at all. When my car was done he didn't even tell me or give me the option to fix things like the two brake lights that were out or that I needed brakes. I had to ask him if it needed anything. This is the dealership. Honda needs to really step it up. That's sad when I am getting better service from other shops

Someone is always there when I drive into the service department, to greet me and prepare the service order. Comfortable waiting area with free coffee. Service adviser goes over everything before and after the work is done. Great job by the service team at Elk Grove Honda!

This place is too expensive for your average worker. They severely overcharge for their service. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. I was charged over $900 (with a discount that I begged for) for two coils and two spark plugs on a 2007 honda civic hybrid. Absolutely ridiculous!

Thank you for your response. This was the customer first and only time in to our dealership. The customer had a check engine light on that required diagnosis of the concern. The issue was ignition coils and spark plugs, which, $ 650.00 of the $900 was parts. 18 year old vehicles will have parts wear over time. All our maintenance services are either in line or lower that the independents. The customer's situation required an expereince tech to diagnosis his concerns. And, due to the high cost of everything in California, unfortuantely, prices are high everywhere. Also, the customer had the opinion to go somewhere else and not agree to complete the repairs. We do thank you for your business

Pros: Oil change express lane no appt. need. Con: Not referring to this past service, but the one prior to that. Broken / missing rivets around the brake fluid reservoir. Must have been yanked off in order to access and check the brake fluid level. .

Last time I had the car in I sat for almost two hours and the whole time my car was ready. I brought it in for a re-call. Needless to say, I was quite angry as the tech handling everything dropped the ball. This time I had a good service tech totally on the ball, pleasant and efficient. His name was KaiI I believe and I will ask for him in the future. Would I recommend your shop, we will see after my next visit.

I've always taken my car as old as it is {2014 civic} to EG Honda for service, I trust them but I cringe every time because there always seems to be something, but I do believe that my tires should have been rotated on this last service and I do not believe they were, I did reply to a text I received from them asking about my visit, I stated my concern and have never heard back, I wonder why

I went to the dealership to to my maintenance, told them that my back tire was leaking air. After waiting for 3 hours , and paying them almost $300 they told me that it was ok Sunday the tire was flat ! I had to pay extra $30 to fix it not very good living to your costumers ,,,

I recently took my 2014 Honda Accord in for the B1&2 service at Elk Grove Honda. I was greeted by the service porter and a few minutes later by a service adviser. I was told the service would take about an hour to complete and it was actually done a few minutes sooner. The entire service department at Elk Grove Honda always keeps my vehicle running smoothly and like brand new.

Our experience was great. No complaints. Came in for an oil change and transmission fluid. We had to wait but the little waiting room for kids was perfect, we have 4 kids ranging from 6 months - 11 years old. Our wait time was about 2 hrs. Just under the time they predicted the wait time would be.

I normally get my car service at EG Honda with satisfaction; however, this recent experience was horrible. The service advisor had left for lunch and my car was supposed to be ready in 1 to 1.5 and it ended up being 2.5 long. When asked for status, another person was called in to assist and his customer services was the worst. He was very dismissive and gave misguided information causing stress regarding my vehicle.

Only visited due to recall. Without previous notification they completely disassembled the 3 child carseats and left them in disarray. This is the worst service over the past 20+ years. Our servicing has and is done by Expert Auto for over 20+ years. GREAT SERVICE ALWAYS with reasonable prices. No upselling. Burt

Sorry that to complete the vital safety recall we had to remove the child seat. Due to safety and every seat being different, dealers do not reinstall the child seat due to liability. We are sorry for any inconvenience and we are glad that Expert Automotive takes great care of you.

I forget the technicians name but he did amazing taking me in before closing. My car had a noise and damaged tires. They fixed the problem. afterwords took the car for a parking lot stroll to see if noises kept occurring before I went home. Overall best service I've had at a Honda dealership

Yes, the customer is correct about the clicking noise. However, it is not Elk Grove Honda that wants this to be an issue, but American Honda does not have a fix for it. Previous repairs of replacing the axles did not fix the issue. American Honda is aware of the issue and once Elk Grove Honda knows what American Honda wants the dealer to do to fix the vehicle, we will gladly assist the customer.

Thank you for you taking the time out to send in your review. Unfortunately, due to the banks charging business anywhere from 3-5% for all credit card uses, the fees were amounting to the mid 5 digit costs per month. We do not charge any fee for debit cards and as always we take checks and cash. Thank you again
