They took care of a couple minor recall items. At the time I had a warning light indicating that my transmission was having a problem. Even though the vehicle was beyond the extended warranty date, they repaired the transmission problem for free. This repair would normally have been over $2500. For regular maintenance, they typically have me in and out within an hour!

Everything was handled efficiently, from check-in to check-out. Since the recall item would take all day to be installed, we needed a driver to take us home. Our driver's name was Bobo. I took my vehicle in twice for the same issue with no resolution. The shop foreman was worthless and basically glossed over my concerns and said they couldn't help me and to go somewhere else.. After receiving my car back I noticed several inspection/dust covers were off or missing. If you value your time and vehicle stay away from this place!

The customer's issue is an intermittent noise that only occurs at certain time and conditions. We spent a lot of time with the customer and was never able to produce the noise. But, the best issue the customer failed to mention is that he even could not produce the noise for us on the test drive. Customer is not a regular service customer and appears by his remarks, doesn't work with use at all. I recommend anyone reviewing our reviews, check out all the 5 stars. I was recently in for oil leak underneath my vehicle. It was determined that there was an axel oil leak on the left side of my vehicle. Also, the tech found a defective alternator, battery, fuel pump, and wheel alignment issues. My vehicle was serviced and repaired in a timely manner; my service advisor Alexis kept me informed throughout the day and my vehicle was ready before close of business.

I was in and out in under 2 hours but the technician warned me they probably wouldn't be able to start for two hours. I told him if they would have let me know I would have stayed at work and arrived after the lunch hour. I think he did something special to get my car in and out faster than the norm. Appreciated!

When they returned my car, the tires were aired down so that when I drove it the next morning my car alerted to low tire pressure. A check showed all tires were low and needing air. Also since my service my car smells of burning rubber when driven. I called to complain, but they can't check on the issue for several days. My car has always been reliable. It's very frustrating!

Service was quick, Service Advisor kept me well informed. Work was done in a timely manner. I would suggest signage at the service entrance, accidentally got in wrong line as there was no indication which line to enter for appointments. Also would be nice not to have to look for your car when ready, had to use alarm to find. Overall good experience, waiting room was warm and comfy. Service cashier was super, welcoming and friendly.

I wasn't happy about their checking the tire pressure. I specifically asked that they check it after doing the tire rotation and they didn't. This has happened three times and I have had to turn around and have them put air in the tires. The service personnel were very quick to have the tires checked on my return.

Didn't like how I was spoken to by Anthony regarding my brake service. I just wanted them to check for the grinding noise that was coming from the front brakes, and to get an advice on where to go from there. Instead I received an attitude and being accused of not having my brakes been fixed there. To make the story short, this is not what I expected from Honda service department.

I love that Elk Grove Honda allows walk-ins and I don't have to schedule an appointment. I do plan ahead and get there a bit before they open. This gets me in and out in minimum time. The technicians are great. Can answer/explain all my qestions. Best thing is that I was in and out in an hour. Easy wait.
