Price to replace the fuel filter was over priced for 15 minutes of work, but that seems to be the case anywhere now. Came in for a recall of the fuel system, only to find that a few days before Ford had put a hold on the repair. 4 recalls on the truck and no fix for any of them now. At least I have had no problems with it.

The oil change etc was done under the maintenance agreement. No issues with that. However, the paperwork stated that DEF fluid was topped off. It was not. I did not expect it to be topped off, but they should not state that it was when it was not. Can I trust them in the future to do what they say they do? This was done at the quick change, not the normal service department.

The best dealership experience I have ever had by far. I've had the truck in to three different dealers to address what was clear to me a door alignment issue. All failed to fix it. These guys were straight to the point, acknowledged they deal with this and know what to do. Got it to body shop that day and it was fixed by the next morning. Awesome Job!

The Service Manager (Jason) went above and beyond to try to make this a better experience. However, the original Service Advisor had told me to bring in truck on Monday and it would be done by the end of week and technician was busy all week already, so two weeks later, i get truck back and there is a stripped bolt on splash shield under my engine and i smell burning oil.

I had a 2:30 PM appointment and they actually took my car into the shop at 2:30 PM. They were done servicing my vehicle in 45 minutes and I was on my way home.
This was the first time I didn't have to wait at least 1/2 to 1 hour, or longer, before they started servicing my vehicle.
In the past, at other dealerships, I've waited a long time, even with an appointment.

I called and made the appointment for a recoil and brick check for vibration I gave him the car on Wednesday from 9 am up to 4 pm after that I received the car without checking the brake and I still had the vibration when I received the vehicle the service adviser, she told me they check everything and still I need again to take off from my work to drop off there

Too early for me to say. They need to contact their customer when it's going to take several days to get the parts the repair their vehicle. That gives the customer the option to use their vehicle (if applicable) until the parts arrive. Also, they need to have a policy to cover their absent (for any reason) service representatives). Their customer service needs to improve at least in this area.

I appreciated the text updates, but the complete lack of respect for my time when I came to pick my truck up (the morning after I was told the vehicle was ready) was just rude. Paperwork was not ready, nor complete (they did not print the photos that had been texted to me), and I waited more than 15 minutes for the receptionist to locate my keys that were with the service writer.

The alignment technician was able to correct the alignment since the first time it was not straight. Fortunately he was paying close attention and also noticed a couple other things that I had not mentioned yet that I was concerned about. I am bringing it back again to get some repairs covered under the warranty.

Took it in for some recalls and services, upon picking up the vehicle I found out that the turbos started making noise. Ended up with two failed turbos which were working perfectly fine upon drop off (vehicle is under warranty). Then an improper install which lead to the new turbos failing as well.

If I could make one recommendation to improve service would be communication.
I had trouble getting in contact with the service agent, And they do not return your calls. After trying to reach out for an update on my truck, I had to stop by the dealership to speak to the service agent.
I've had this problem in the past as well....

Service to replace rotors. I had brakes & rotors installed April 2023 $500. Brakes grunt squeak steering wheel shakes when braking right after replaced. 3 times after I asked them to check which they said nothing was wrong. Got a second option at Les Schaub who found 3 problems. Additional $220 at Elk Grove Ford & they still don't feel perfect
