Dealership tries to have you put more money down for down payment then youre comfortable with. They had one salesman start out with me and he ran my credit (in another room,not in front of me) another would come in and try to pick up where the other had left off. Not professional at all. The second salesman was also in the middle of selling someone else a car as well.

Went and looked at their F type jaguar and they try to hide that has been wrecked before different color paint. So I wanted to see if there other F type and they didn't want to bring it outside for a test drive sat there for about 1520 minutes, the guy wouldn't take out unless I was gonna buy it for sure. The showroom was so dark you couldn't even see the metallic in the paint he says do you want to pull the trigger and I said I'd like to see the car outside first. He wouldn't pull it out so we left. We waited a good 20 minutes and left.

Tried to set up a pre-purchase inspection at third party auto repair business, PPM German Autowerk. Elite Motors refused to take it to that shop stating that they had previous dealing with them and didn't think they were fair in evaluating their cars that were sent to them. Although Elite offered to send the car to a repair shop close to my location, I decided not to proceed with the inspection. I cancelled my search altogether and did not buy a car anywhere.

My wife and I found the vehicle we purchased online. When we arrived at the dealership we were met by the manager who introduced us to a member of the sales team and we were given a tour of the dealership.
Our sales associate then took us to the vehicle we had come to see. He pulled the vehicle out from where it was parked so we had pleanty of room to look at it. He stood by to answer questions while we talked and looked through the vehicle. The whole time he was there he was never pushy and gave us space.
We ran into a question he wasnt able to answer concerning a particular item in the vehicle. Our sales associate left and came back five minutes later with a really nice guy in a ball cap and dressed in normal street clothes. The gentleman got in the vehicle with us and walked us through the answer step by step. He also told us a lot of details about the vehicle you won't find on a factory brochure.
When we decided to buy the vehicle after a brief discussion curb side I saw the manager we initially spoke with standing outside so I told him what I wanted to offer. He asked me to give him five minutes. He came back and said he could make that happen.
No haggle, no issues, and thirty minutes later we were done. The manager did all the paperwork himself including the finance side because they had another customer in finance and he didn't want us to have to wait.
Oh, by the way, the nice guy in the ball cap. He is the owner of the dealership yet he took the time to come help us out himself when we had a question. And we were not buying one of his Lamborghinis or Bentleys- I was buying a used car going for about $580000 less ( NOT KIDDING!) then the most expensive car we saw on the lot - yes under $20000 yet we got that level of personal attention from the manager and the owner.
