Too costly, especially for an oil change and two tires. The service took a little longer than expected. Other customers in the service area on their cell phones and speaking / laughing loudly. Someone from the dealership should have asked them to take their conversation outside, as not to disturb others.

I was able to make a last minute appointment for an A1 service. Other Acura locations didn't have open spots. The only thing I didn't like was the waiting time (2hrs and 15 minutes). However, during all that time, I was busy working remotely.
