i was scammed 200 dollars for an oil change. i tried calling back getting an explanation but then was told that since i signed a paper they couldn't do anything about it. super misleading and had told them BEFORE AND EVEN BOOKED as an oil change ONLY and didnt want anything else.

The salesman said the car had been detailed, it was Not. The finance dept added $500.00 over the sales price. While driving home with the car the gas tank was on empty. The car navigation had not been cleared of previous owner. The salesman did not go over any of the car details. Their excuse was they were very busy.
