Someone contacted my by phone and ask if I would like to come in , I explained i was in oregon and couldn't just come in ,so he told me it's first come first serve ! And he had a buyer coming in the morning and they don't do down-payment or hold .... so no deal for me ....poor way to treat a out of state buyer if you ask me .but business is business .
