There was nothing that I didn't like. The service was prompt and with very little stress. I knew I needed more than just a regular oil change and inspection. The inspection was done completely and quickly. I was given recommendations on certain work that required immediate attention and reasonable cost estimate. The work was done promptly.

Excellent service. My service advisor, AJ, was able to get me in that day when I brought my car in when the check engine light came on. I am from out of town and he was able to get me in, fixed the problem and was able to get a shuttle to pick me up from where I was staying, even though it was passed the shuttle service hour.
He went beyond what is expected.

Just rude people and no inspection was done, if one was done when the recall for the blower was completed they should have notified me of the burnt connector to the blower motor resistor which is also a fire hazard. An initial inspection was never conducted, I was out side in the service lane on my phone, all the person did was open the door look at the dash and close the door, never brought anywhere for any inspection. All the things they said were checked, for example windshield wipers, were not because I know the wipers were very dried out and very old. Didn't check something small why would they inspect anything else. Biggest grip is not even letting me know of the fire hazard from the burnt melted terminals, I get it may or may not be considered part of the blower motor, just lazy. Wouldn't go back even for free warranty work.
