Service @ Eich Motors is as good as it gets! We had an 80,000 mile service performed. While reviewing the invoice, I noticed a charge for a CR2032 battery. That is the battery that powers the remote! Good service is all about the details and they excell in every regard here!!!

I brought my Passat TDI in for the second part of the recall,(particulate filter replacement) and they also found an EGR cooler leak. It meant leaving the car there an extra day for the required repairs, but the loaner car they provided allowed me to have wheels for the extra time needed to get the repairs done in one visit

I didnt have an appointment but called to see if I could get in being I was in St. Cloud. Nothing was open for the timeframe I was looking at. Jason said he would let me know if something opened up. At 11:21 Jason called prior to me leaving St. Cloud and said he could get me in at 1:00. This was GREAT customer service! Saved me an extra trip, I live an hour away.

They were great, hit a huge pothole while in Saint cloud,, blew out my tire, thought I bent my rim, so I put my spare on and just drove in to see if they could help get me a new tire and check out my car, and they took care of me right away. Thanks a lot, much appreciated

It was easy to make the appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was done quickly, they showed me the results of items they check routinely and they ran the car through the car wash before handing me the keys. Great service! As always the service was excellent. Been doing bussiness there for 30 years and would go no where else even tho I live an hour away from Eich since I moved 3 years ago. Detailed reports are done and discussions with Service Advisors are very informative which helps in planning future appointments. Just an outstanding dealership and service department.

We drove 240 miles to have this car serviced at Eich Motors. We had a 11:00 AM appointment and as soon as we arrived, the car was taken into the shop to be worked on. At 12:40 PM, the Service Advisor came and got us and advised that all work requested had been completed. Great people, great service done right for a very reasonable price!

Eich Motors Service department employees are amazing. The day I bought my first Volkswagen Passat. I was hooked. I don't see myself owning anything but Volkswagen. I've driven others makes and models. I have to say nothing Compares to Volkswagen. My car handles so nice, very roomy, it is solid inside and out. Great gas mileage! Great customer service. What more could I ask for.

I went in for a tire repair (I had a screw in the tire). Although a lot of places can do this, I completely trust Eich Mazda for all my service needs. I appreciate the communication, the friendly service team, and the care they show me and my Mazda. My first Mazda and I'm now a loyal Mazda fan, in part due to Eich Motors!

But worse, technician shut my car door with his dirty greasy fingers on the paint. Do you open the car door with fingers on the paint. Rings can easily scratch edge. Shut the door with the HANDLE
