I didn't like that. It took 2 hours to be able to give a diagnosis. That was ultimately found out to be the wrong thing. It sounds like there is engine problems but they didn't dig deep enough and kept refusing that warranty wasn't covering the item. Now I'm dealing with a warranty company trying to make sure I've done everything I needed to do even when I went to the dealership to have them to check the vehicle

So I had Ford Reward points to use so I opted to get a small subwoofer installed behind my seat.
Turns out not only did Ford knowingly send me a used product with missing pieces but also the service center knew and nobody told me. So now I'm sitting here with something not installed properly. Shame on both the service center and Ford Rewards.

Great service as always at Eddy's Lincoln. My 2016 MKX has almost 100900 miles on it and just came back from a 700 mile trip. Averaged 26.2 mpg at between 68 to 73 mph. I have never had it serviced anywhere else and am totally satisfied and trust the service department at Eddy's to keep me advised of any issues and perform all scheduled maintenance.

Wonderful service that was required at 65000 miles. Oil/filter change, tires rotated and a fresh car wash and back on the road home in just over an hour. Service staff are friendly and fully capable to see that all work is completed to our satisfaction. It is!

After we purchased this preowned MKC from Eddys Lincoln, I discovered that the key to the wheel locks was not in the car, and the dealer could not locate it from the prior owner. The dealers Service Manager offered to install a new set on our car, thereby enabling us to have the proper wheel lock key. We very much appreciate the dealer going the extra mile to make it right for us.
