Victor was great, he always helps me and knows how to take care of his customers. He also sent us a video of everything that they looked at. Eddy's Dodge couldn't even do that!!! Victor is not out to cheat anyone. He is an honest person from the times I have dealt with him. I hope that he knows how appreciative we are of him.

Service Managers always take excellent care of me (Chris Scanland and upper management). Last visit to fix an OEM harness and ECM wasn't nearly up to standards but svc management acknowledged, had shop meetings to address and prevent possible future issues. Friendly service. I love the video updates as the technician is going over my car. There was a lag in receiving my video because the technician no longer has control over sending (from what I understand). Filters were not in stock which made my wait longer than expected. Even with that inconvenience, I still wouldn't take my car to anyone else.

If you truly care about that valuable car of yours you won't take it to any other place except Eddy's Chevrolet. The service department is stellar. One of the advisors named Dayton will take care of you. Don't go out there and shop for some cheap mechanic shop when you can get it done right at this service department.

It was a problem getting the mobile one synthetic oil I requested however, my service manager had them go get it, but if I wouldn't have been persistent I would not have gotten the oil I requested when I made the appointment. If they're gonna be the service providers they should listen to the customer.
