The service was okay, just didn't like the fact that I just bought this car in 2022, it's a 2018 only have 130 thousand miles and the engine is gone out. The car have a warranty recall, but I will have to come out of pocket for the repair. Will not buy another Hyundai Santa Fe. Now I'm stuck with a car note for a car I cannot drive :(

I brought my car in to get the passenger side taillight replaced. The tech caused damage to my taillight cover as well inside parts. No one from the service department bothered to point out the damage. This the second time I've experienced a lack of integrity with the service department at Ed Voyles Hyundai, which wa my preferred location for service; but I am no longer trusting of the service.

The waiting area is nice. The customer service was excellent. The young man kept me informed on the status of the repair. I also appreciated being told I only needed fluid, not brake pads. This is the kind of honesty that will keep me bringing my vehicle back to you.

I like that my vehicle floors was vacuum clean and the lobby atmosphere was amazing with good coffee and tea. Fast forward the service advisor Maria was unpleasant and not friendly. I stop getting service here 3 years ago and wanted to give another try and it failed once again so back to Douglasville I go.

I really appreciate the honesty that I received. However, the cost of services performed was well out of my budget! But on another note, from a business standpoint and perspective I understand. But would probably only use them for major repairs and not routine maintenance!

They never answered the phone but every time you go in everyone claims to be so apologetic and helpful gives you more numbers just to keep not answering and they had my vehicle 7 weeks and literally didn't give me my rental until 36 hours before my car was fixed caused me so much missed work and money I almost went homeless

They don't have the capacity to diagnose issues. Their technicians are so busy that they can't ride with you to diagnose issues - as major as a faulty transaxle and will want you to drop the vehicle off for 4-5 days so that they can figure things out.

I checked in at 10 30 for routine car service, was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours
I asked if they would connect the blue tooth for me. They had downloads that took longer, and I could not leave until. 2 30. They were polite, but my time is valuable, as is anyone's. My blue tooth was not reconnected.

Excellent service. After my nightmare experience at ALM Hyundai in Lithia Springs, they were a welcome surprise. They diagnosed my issue within 48 hours and they got it right the first time. My Service Tech was very responsive and got me back in my vehicle in days not months. For as long as I own my Hyundai, this is my new dealer for any service concerns.

They broke the clip that plugs into the coil pack and didn't say anything. I only discovered it when my car started to buck in bumper to bumper traffic. The tech also advised I needed rear brakes when I installed them myself less thank 12k miles ago. This review is for the dealer side, NOT the body shop. The body shop is awesome.

Always choose Paulhe's the best. Last time I was quoted by another employee 4 new tires because they were at 5/32. I asked Paul and he said no your tires are fine and not below and proceeded to show all 8/32 client experience is everything and ill now know exactly who I don't want to work with.

I did not like the lack of communication. They kept my car for 5 days parked. No work was done. So, I picked it up. Their recommendation was to rent one of there vehicles if one is available. My suggestion was to give me a time they can repair my car. I've never had a problem before.

Maria Maldonado didn't try to over sale everything that she could. They did what I asked and answered some questions about future maintenance. The experience was like a "breath of fresh air" compared to the selling extravaganzas that I experience at all other Hyundai Dealerships that I have gone to.

I approved several improvements that THEY recommended. I leave my car so they have adequate time to complete the $400-500 work, and when I go to pick up the car, all they completed was an oil change. The representative did not know how the approvals were missed. I need to postpone returning for a while so they can get their act together. I am not recommending this service shop at this time!

Took my car to be serviced, and they scratched my back bumper and our denying that they did but acknowledge that it came in without a scratch on the back bumper. And have yet to do do anything about it talk to the manager, who was extremely rude to me on the phone. I will never take my car back there.
