I liked everything from beginning to end. Everyone was courteous and kept me updated on what was going on. The time spent waiting for the repair and oil change was the best I've ever experienced. It wasn't a long long wait like another dealership I go to near where I live.

Ed Voyles is one of Atlanta's best Acura dealerships. I would recommend them to anyone interested in owning an Acura. I have owned three Acuras and they have taken care of all three. My service manager always explains what my car needs and he is an Acura owner and he loves the brand and he takes very good care of my car.

I especially liked the quiet room with desk dividers and electrical outlets available for workstations. I also like the repair report from about the repairs that needed to completed. I felt allowed to make the decisions on what to repair. The wait time was good too. Only there 2 hours on a Friday. Walid Alayli was great!

I live closer in mileage to the Newnan and Marietta dealerships but prefer Ed Voyles because the sales and service teams are top notch! There is nothing better than people who care.

Luke Hughes was very professional and customer oriented. DID NOT like the 3per cent credit card fee - very "chintzy". I am a long time, excellent customer of Ed Voyles. I was insulted by the charge. Luke Hughes, my service advisor, was as usual very professional and pleasant to work with. The only problem I had was a fifteen minute wait for the man who was to sigh out a loner vehicle to me. The wait was a minor hassle but the lack of an 'I am sorry for the delay ' was not professional.

Alan took care of the battery problem and scheduled maintenance. The weekend crew was no help when we called about a bad battery issue. Weekend response was poor and unhelpful. Would recommend you have a problem on a week day only. Alan was the only reason I would recommend the shop.

I took my Acura in because I had loss of power steering and brake failure warnings after hitting a recessed manhole cover. They did a diagnostic test. Couldn't find anything and sent me home with the car. They didn't attempt to even troubleshoot the problem. This is a critical safety problem they were willing to send their customers home with.

Excellent service for oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid replacement. Service was quick and waiting area clean and comfortable. Walid Alayli, service advisor, was thorough and explained anything where I needed more info. Total time from when I pulled in to service complete was about 1.5 hrs. Highly recommend Ed Voyles Acura and Service.

He always takes the time to explain what services are recommended and why they are important. I was in Atlanta for a medical procedure and through an unfortunate event developed a hole in the sidewall of my tire. I needed a new tire so I could get back home, the shop was busy because of the holiday and Al was very kind to assist us getting the tire replaced in a timely manner so we could get home . Thank you!
