This is the best GM service shop I've been to. Gabriel Jiron was my service writer and was awesome from the time I dropped off my truck until the work was completed and I picked up my truck up. I've dealt with other dealership service centers (Greico), and all were terrible experiences. It was worth the extra 10 miles I had to drive in order to use Ed Morse.

My service representative, Benji, was amazing. I'm from out of town and experienced an engine issue just after I got onto alligator alley, and long story short, Benji took very good care of me given my circumstances. I myself am in a profession where customer service is everything, and I can't possibly imagine a better representative for your dealership, much less your service department, than Benji.

I took my vehicle in because of delamination of my dash. I don't believe I needed both sides of my dash replaced but was told it was not going to match. I believe it was unnecessary. Also they didn't check my tire pressure or wash the car which are normally done.

Great experience took car for routine tire rotation found out had a recall that I had not been made aware of. Required my car to stay for a day. Transportation was arranged by dealership and return back the next day. Service team was a pleasure to deal with and had received a 20 percent off service which I was able to use which made it even better.

Scott Supko explained the problem, arranged transportation for me so I could enjoy the day, and had my repair finished as promised. You can't get better service than that!! Everything was good besides having an 830am appointment for oil change and tire rotation and took 3 hours to do something that should take no more than 1 hour. I could understand not having an appointment and taking that long. The previous time it took just over 1 hour and that time I was about 30 mins late and they still finished faster.

Brought my Buick Envlsion in for a recall. They provided an UBER to take me home and a few hours later when my car was ready, they sent another UBER to take me to the dealership. Jean, my service advisor, also took care of a defective windshield washer nozzle that had been backordered last year. They even washed the car!
