I was stranded road side with a bad battery 1,200 miles from home (Texas). Within a very short period of time, the young lady on the service desk of the local Ford dealership helped me arrange a jump start to get me to the Dealership and then searched out the recalls involved and had a new battery installed very quickly ! We were soon back to the highway and our vacation! Wonderful execution of customer service!

Dropped my Explorer off the night before. Expected the service and replacement of a tire pressure sensor to take a good part of the day it was in the shop. I received a call in the morning that all service and replacement had been complete. The service rep was super nice and quick to get me cashed out when I arrived to pick up my vehicle.

I own a Nissan but there is no Nissan dealer close by, so I have Ed Morse do all of my maintenance work. They used to be owned by another dealer, but the same service people do the work. I am very pleased with their work and they are always very friendly. I highly recommend them.
