For the SECOND time they said they "rotated" my tires and didn't. I even expressed to the service associate and it STILL didn't get done. Don't really appreciate saying things for them to fall on deaf ears. I marked my tires so I know they didn't get rotated, and I even told her that. That's fraud because they charge for it, warranty or not.. someone is paying for work that didn't get done. And wait THREE hours for an oil change with no tire rotation it's ridiculous. If I can't trust them to do the job I signed for why would I trust them to do the job they "said" they did. I even called back to the associate to try and make it right and received no call back. Guess I'll have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to Brandon dealership to see if maybe they do a better job there. Extremely disappointed.

The technician then cleared the downtime codes in my car's computer controlled system to ensure that all evaporative control systems were working properly.
