I bought my 2014 XTS from Ed Morse Delray so are familiar with them. A very friendly staff and great service...I bought this 2021 CT5 from Bramen Cadillac in Miami but that's to far for my services. That said, can you please stop sending me reminders for services at Bramen, I'm not going there and will use Ed Morse Delray.

They called me n emailed me a few times. Emails were generic n never responded to my replies. Called me n then referred me to a rookie. I think since I was out of town buyer, they began to ignore me. I've boughten out of state before and made arrangements to have my vehicle shipped to me. I had cash and ready to purchase. Disappointed in the treatment.

Left vehicle there on Tuesday evening and called daily to see how it was going. I had a slow start and thought may be battery. Called Weds, Thurs and Friday morning to see if car was completed. Advisor informed me they were so busy, they did not get a chance to look at it. I thought this was very poor customer service and I went and picked up my car Friday afternoon.
