Since I made the appointment a week in advance. I had taken off from work to have this taken care of. Now I have to reschedule and take off from work again.

Good service. The roadside assistance worked great, and Jonathan was really nice and professional. The tire replacement was expensive and I am not happy with the fact that my CT-4 does not include a spare tire but the so call 'run flat" tires are not good to run when they are flat. But that is a complaint for GM and has nothing to do with Ed Morse serve.

Price quote for used car vehicle inspection over the phone was $90.00. Charge was $200.00. Also, inspector missed power window motor and door hinge issue. For $200 I needed all of the information on vehicle to adequately negotiate purchase of used vehicle. In addition, I could not get clear answer as to whether front shocks needed replacement or just rear. Too expensive for a incomplete inspection.

Again Bayview Cadillac exceeds my expectations. The service department is top notch. Danny Asherman my service advisor is the absolute best. No follow up between service advisor and repair shop for recurring front headlight issue. Wasted a whole afternoon for call back and if I hadnt followed up Donavan wouldnt have known car was ready for him to access problems. Guess I should have spent $1000s dollars in maintenance.

Paint came out good.. customer service was good as well until..
Car returned to me after repairs with the same front damaged tires. One literally has a chunk of rubber missing off the side wall with nothing but wire. They literally put tire shine on that tire too over the wire. Good to go.
Hellcat emblems placed in wrong location.
Brought to their attention, the manager of the department first said they cant fix it. Then said bring it in to try and fix it. seemed like at minimum getting me new emblems and replacing them would be the right thing to do.
