Drove a hour out of my way to basically tell my what my check engine code was and direct me to another dealership. The gave me the same info as AutoZone. Not tot mention the fact that ED Martin also sold me the truck last week... Check engine light came on less than 24 hours of driving off the lot

The service staff took care of my concerns after I arrived to pickup my Explorer. My issues were as follows: no oil sticker and my tires were not aired up properly after rotation. The front tires were"H" however my rear tires were not "X".

Fixed the initial issue. Now, I have a service engine soon light on. (My 2004 Mustang GT 4.6 liter V-8 single cam engine). Need to bring it in to check that issue.

Very satisfied with Ed Martin. Ford denied my warranty claim and Ed Martin went ot bat for me, after several calls to Ford, they got Ford to pay for the repair.

This appointment was for a recall on my Lincoln that I purchased there. I was treated very politely and even received a ride one way and the driver was very friendly as well. The only thing I might ask to have been added was an explanation of what was done and, in addition, if they looked over my car for any further service that might have been advised. Overall it was a very pleasant service call.

Didnt put enough oil in my car. Almost forgot to put new wiper blades on. They did tow my car back to Anderson to redo the oil change. And wow I got a free car wash. In the past, I have received good service from Auto- World, now Ed-Martin, but this was was very poor service and could have cost me an engine. Hopefully the engine hasnt been damaged! To bad this happened.

service desk with techs never tell us when its down what all they did or encountered, instead they drop the bill off at cashier, who wont call them, so i have to go ask before / after paying. This time they marked the battery as defective, which isn't even a year old from them, and i had to ask about it. Notice that the time they replaced this battery they did NOT have that in the approved work order. Everytime i come here its pulling teeth to get answers, so i'm going elsewhere from now on.
