One word comes to mind with this place "Professionals". These folks are 100% on their A-game. I drove 2.5 hours to have a second opinion on my 2013 Sprinter van and the trip was worth every mile.
After a previous attempt to address an emissions systems recall at the Mercedes dealership of San Juan, TX, my emissions system was in a faulty state.
I then brought my vehicle to Ed Hicks and they knocked it out without a hitch. I can't be more happy with the results of the work Alex and others did to get my Sprinter running without faults.

I called them because a light came up in my vehicle having to do with the driver side airbag (hence the picture) and still had to pay $180 for a diagnosis of what I could easily pinpoint thanks to YouTube and Pinterest, however, they claim it had to do with the seatbelt mechanism and want to charge me $400, which, more than $200 is for LABOR AND FOR A $35 OEM PART. if you have a Mercedes Benz, or at least a REAL ONE WITH THE OEM PARTS, I ADVISE YOU TO GO TO SAN Antonio OR HOUSTON WHERE THERE IS AN ACTUAL MERCEDES BENZ DEALER AND NOT JUST AN AUTHORIZED DEALER LIKE WE HAVE IN CORPUS CHRISTI. Coming from a single mother of 2 kids as damsel in distress who actually does her research. Make sure your Bluetooth is turned off as well!!!
