Service center was awesome. They text back if you have questions and had complimentary driver so we got dropped off at the mall and ate and shopped instead of sitting at the dealership all day. They answered all questions about problems and even helped with pricing.

We went in without an appointment they took it back and were able to tell us that it was due to counterfeit spark plugs while we waited. They potentially saved me a lot of time and money and the techs were very helpful and knowledgeable.

You cant talk to anyone by phone. They couldnt send me a link to pay and wouldnt take my card over the phone when my tow truck driver was there and talking to me at them. They try to way over charge for things they do. Will not use again
