Arrived at Echo Park to find out the car I had arranged to look at was loaned out as loaner. After arranging this appointment for a week and also looking at this specific vehicle a week prior, they did this. Did the salesperson inform by phone or text that it was loaned out, NO. Even had a text from him an hour before that I was coming over. Very disappointed and unprofessional.

Definitely won' return. The salesman, Aiden, was unfamiliar with the vehicle and I felt pressured to purchase when his supervisor came out disappointed I didn't decide to purchase. He spoke badly about the car I decided to get and they frowned upon the fact that I was previously approved through another loan company. They haggle you to make a purchase here.

All in all, it felt like he had my back and helping me find the car I wanted along with securing financing to get me out the door the same day.
