It took several days to get a response. I was asking for an out-the-door price and the fees they tacked on were questionable. A Dent Protection fee, Theft Protect fee, and Permaplate for a total of approximately $1850. What are they even for? What is a nontax fee for $177.41? What is JMA VSC tier 1 Fee for $3,566. No way was I driving 4 hours for something that seems so suspicious.

Out of all the cars I have owned of the years, this by far was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Till today! I got my truck on the 7th of December, today the 30th of December the bank that carried the loan on the truck I traded in still has not been paid off by the dealership and they took out a $1000 bucks for the truck I traded into EchoPark. So I'm out another $1000 on top of the payment for the new truck I got from them. Will never use this dealership again, real damper on the holidays.

Test drove a car and decided to purchase it. Completed all negotiations and as I'm waiting for the paperwork to be prepared a pamphlet was handed to me regarding a "mandatory" warranty.
