Terrible experience! I called every day for a week and spoke to a different person every day and was requesting a walk around video of the truck because I was out of town for work. I NEVER received the help I was asking. You definitely lost out on a sale. Terrible customer service! I am not one to write reviews ever, but this should definitely go noted. Very disappointed!

They sold the car we were coming to see, which is totally fine. My issue is the salesman texted me in the AM saying they are excited to see us, knowing the car we wanted was sold. We wasted over an hour in traffic. Cheesy tactic to just get me on the lot and try to sell me something else. If the salesperson was transparent we could have worked together to find a different vehicle. Ethics is not negotiable, though. There should be a higher standard for professionalism, or just a standard.

When I arrived at EchoPark Atlanta for a test drive on a 2015 Lexus LX 570, Derrek was very personable and great to work with. I liked the car, went home to discuss with my wife. After a few days and texts from Derek, I asked if he could come off the price. At first he said no then after a few days he texted the following:" Good Morning Mr. Richard just spoke with management and the most we could do is discount the car $300 sir." I brought my wife into test drive the car a couple of days later. Derek said that he would try to get the $300 off, but it was not for sure. What?. He asked someone, and they said no. That was low. My wife wanted the car anyway, so we went forward with what was to be the original quote. After about an hour, I signed several sheets of paper. After another hour, the manager came out to say he could not sell the car to me because it was registered in Michigan! What? They refunded my money and said "have a nice day!" I will not recommend this company.
