At my previous appointment, upon receiving my car back, my driver side window motor no longer worked. I came back hoping they would fix it and at least cover the labor. Instead they wanted to charge $400+ in labor to install the $200 of parts. I was not prepared for that, so I said I would not do it today. I was charged $100 to take the door apart apart and put it back together. (I bought my car here and have consistently given them my business for 8 years)
