I was told the part was under warranty but when I got my car back it was extra charges they said they needed a part that wasn't warranty and this happened every visit and the visits where often like they where fooling around with my car and me to get money PS I dealt with the same service advisor every visit

The representative I dealt with wasn't helpful at all. Giving me inaccurate information about how the insurance companies work. Representative called in a claim to the insurance company and gave incorrect information about the problem of the car which caused the claim to be denied.
There is NO professionalism about this place. They're just there to take people's money. I would NEVER go back tot hem again.

I brought in my car for service on January 25, 2025. Reyna was excellent and very professional. However, I had an issue with my remote controller. I requested to get the (remote controller) battery replaced at a cost of $17+. Nothing has changed. I am still having issues with the remote. I am still pressing the buttons several times before getting it to work.

My vehicle was damaged out of retaliation due to me filing complaints. Now Jamie Brown who is part management and Jose Gomez the service manager refused to fix the damage and do not want to service my vehicle anymore because they keep fucing up. My advice to people is stay away and go elsewhere.

Very friendly and warm service from Reina. The best part, I could feel the difference in the way my Jeep drove. It was sluggish and after my oil change it's been driving so smoothly. It was my first time at this location but after the service and how great my Jeep feels on the road now, it won't be my last visit. I may just switch over all, since this location is near by me.

Neither the representative nor the staff informed me of any restrictions on coupons prior to the service, which resulted in my inability to use the coupon. When I raised the issue, both the representative and the manager were unaccommodating and dismissive, stating that I, as the customer, should have known to present the coupon beforehand.

I give them zero ratings If you go in for service, for example, tire rotation, they don't rotate the tires but they charge you for it. God knows whatever else they say they've done to your vehicle and turn around and it's not done but they take your money. The worst I've ever dealt with.

I didn't like having to pay $1,598 for rear brakes. Way too expensive. Also I was told that I would get my car back by 2:00PM. I was supposed to get a call back to pick up my vehicle.NO CALL. I called back at 2:30PM and I was told my car has been ready and to come pick it up. I believe I was overcharged for the service I received.
