Dave fit me right in for a routine oil change. I asked him to check out the front wheels, as my son had identified a loud noise as being a bearing issue. They were able to replace both front bearings the same day! My car is back to quiet again. I love this place!

The shop charged almost $800 to replace the alternator after the car would not start. After the repair was completed, the car made it a few blocks before it died again. Another shop checked the charging system, which resulted in an alternator that is not charging the battery and the coolant tank was also empty. East side did NOT repair the car. Thankfully, I can dispute the charge and get the car repaired elsewhere.

My first time here, the staff seemed to know what they were doing. They didn't try to charge me for extra stuff. Prices were reasonable. They explained what they needed to do, called me before they did anything. I would go here again, they did a great job and they did it in a timely fashion.
