The folks at East Ridge Fast Lube are helpful and scrupulously honest - we took a list of items to them that the dealer's Service Dept. told us were necessary to have done (one of which, the brakes, had been done by that same dealer less than a year before) without telling them the background and giving them the OK to perform the work if it was necessary; they told us that only the cheapest item on the list was necessary to have done and the rest of the items were fine - saved us roughly $1600.
