Their sales people do not understand the art of negotiation is done with a smile. I made a fair opening offer considering the multitude of problems this ratty vehicle has. Of course it was all sugar and spice when I started dropping cash on the table. It's sales people like at East Penn that give used car dealers a bad image. I could go on and hit 'em real hard, but what's the point? They'll never see me again, nor I them and hopefully not you either.

James I am sorry that you were unhappy with your experience, I assure you I tried my very best. We normally do not negotiate since we price all vehicles at a fair price according to current market value. However, your offer was over $1,000 less on a $5,000 vehicle, which was done in a rude manner. We do not push any sale on anyone. We hate to see any customer go however I hope you enjoy your new purchase.
