East Hills is probably the finest auto dealership I have ever worked with. The service department is exceptional, and Mike Casey is off the charts fantastic. His knowledge of Jeeps, and I assume every other vehicle handled by East Hills, is enormous, and he is a pleasure to work with. He keeps my six year old Jeep running like new. I have every intention of remaining an East Hills customer forever!

I liked that I was getting air conditioning unit re-charged at no cost to me. What I didn't like was it was over charged at East Hills Chrysler and it was producing HOT AIR for 6 days while the temperature was 90 degrees. I had to wait for an appointment at Honda to get problem resolved and deal with a very arrogant service manager named Michael Luisi.

The sales team did not live up to my expectations. I was basically left on my own to test the vehicles. Any questions and concerns I had were left I resolved. Even a customer of a used car should get their concerns addressed. Also I was given the keys of the car to drive without the salesman which did not make me feel good because their are often features that can escape a customer view

Since I rely on the use of 2 canes to walk, Mark Casey was my service writer and walked me to the waiting area. I came in for just a tire rotation but he suggested getting an oil change so this way the next time both can be done at the same time again. When my Jeep was done, he came for me and again walked me back to my Jeep. I would like to personally thank Mark Casey for watching out for my Jeep and my safety.

Professional, informative, courteous service... I forgot the name of the gentleman who assisted me but he was AWESOME!!! In addition to addressing the recall, they changed oil, rotated tires, changed battery and key fob batteries, all covered so no out of pocket expenses. I dealt with Elia Malzone, the Express Service Supervisor, who is absolutely outstanding, every time I deal with him. He told me it would be about an hour to wait, due to other cars in front of me & I ended up waiting only 40 minutes. Elia is very personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interact with.
