I was overcharged 1114.00. Told it was a "system error."
Sunroof broke within a week. Gave me the runaround about getting a loaner. Had to wait almost 2 weeks to get it fixed.
Noticed additional damage that was caused on delivery and my claim was denied.
Not a good experience. Hopefully you have better luck with them.

We're sorry for any issues resulting from the delivery of your vehicle. I was told the scratch was more of an area on the inside door jam with a slight paint defect. We supplied touch up paint and I was told the issue was handled.
Because the sunroof was not a driveability issue, it took a little longer than usual to secure a loaner vehicle for you. We apologize for this, but I'm glad we were able to repair your sunroof within two days.

Bad experience with the finance manager.
Definitely will not be returning for any service or my next car.
After 2 months still waiting for refund of service warranty that was over priced and limited milage.

There's about a 45 to 60 day process to handle a warranty refund. We have to cancel with the warranty company, wait for the money to come back, then issue a check to the bank.
It was relayed to me you purchased your vehicle on 4/26/25 and you cancelled the warranty in the beginning of May 2025. We just received reimbursement for the extended warranty. A check was cut, signed and was FedEx'ed to the bank at beginning of this week.
This turnaround is on the longer side of warranty cancellations, but it is still within expectations. As soon as the money came in, we sent it out to your bank.
