Excellent! Both Mitchell and Alex are very knowledgeable about a wide range of cars we discussed, and got to drive the 911 Turbo S that I'm very interested in. Shahram, I'm sorry that your experience left you feeling frustrated. However, I would like to clarify that Earth MotorCars does not shop customer offers and would never do so. In this case, the Porsche had just been traded into our inventory and generated significant interest immediately, resulting in multiple offers being presented at the same time. Your offer was considered alongside several others, but it was not shared or used to solicit competing bids. If our salesperson did not clearly communicate that there were multiple active buyers interested in the vehicle, I apologize for any misunderstanding. On highly desirable vehicles, it is not uncommon for us to receive several offers simultaneously. We appreciate your interest in the vehicle and wish you the best in your search.

Their cars are over priced. The guy I spoke with is cool but he isn't the owner. Mr. Vargas really wanted to sell me a car but I know when to let things go and I did. I don't know what others think or want so, I don't recommend anyone because it's their choice.

Overpriced is a matter of opinion, we put every single car through our shop and unlike auctions, when you buy from us you buy a road worthy car. We sell over 150 cars a month, so I guess see quality over the lowest price. While we do not claim to have the lowest prices, our cars are top quality!

Great overall. Oil change and state inspection was decently quick. Took a conference call and was accommodated with an office for some privacy. An opportunity to improve would be the online scheduling tool. Seems more of a simple calendar and not a true scheduler based on service availability. Otherwise, everything else is good to go.

horrible-stay clear of this place. made appointment toes car and low and behold it wasn't there. It was sent to crest for service. Checked with crest and they had no clue as to the Earth's claim. Never received a return call bought another car elsewhere from honest people

Jay, I'm sorry you felt the need to leave a one-star review, but your review does not accurately reflect what happened. The reality is that we simply could not come to terms on the value of your 1957 Chevrolet truck. You stated that you had over $300,000 invested in it, while our research showed a prior sale at approximately $180,000. We just had a different opinion of the truck's market value, and unfortunately we were unable to reach an agreement and that frustrated you. In addition, we have a complete text message history showing that the conversation became hostile towards our salesperson and that you specifically instructed our salesperson not to contact you again. We respected your request and did not reach out further. That is the opposite of poor communicationit is honoring a customer's wishes. If necessary, I'm happy to share screenshots of the text conversation so people can see exactly what transpired. We did our job by providing an honest evaluation, even though it wasn't the number you were hoping to receive. If you truly believe your truck is worth more than our offer, I sincerely encourage you to sell it privately. If the market supports your valuation, I hope you're able to achieve the price you're looking for. We wish you the best.
