I have serviced my 4runnner since I bought it. They are over priced. When I ask to replace my tires. Since I got tires for life and I paid for it when I bought the car. They put too many conditions. The program cover $175 per tire. But they quote each tire at $345 almos double than in other places. The deal was very deceiving. On top of that when you need to talk to a manager to get first the receptionist, a very rude person,she does not know what customer service means. Then she transfers you to the manager's extension that was answered after the seventh try. Could not leave a message because voice mail was full. Then I was be to talk to the manager he said they don't charge for tires for life, but the charge is on my original invoice. Keep your self away from that dealership.
