When I came in I was completely ignored, not a hello or a head nod. I had to call while standing outside the front door to speak to anyone and they told me to just look around and find someone outside. However the only people outside were the mechanics and they told me to go inside and find someone. As much as I liked their cars I disliked the service twice as much.
