I had an awesome experience at ETD. I got 4 new tires and a badly needed alignment. When I dropped my car off in the morning Andy came outside to look over the car, checked out the tires before confirming I needed all 4 new tires. Andy was very friendly and easygoing, made the experience great. Overall happy with the work and will be coming back if I need more.

I always have had great service from ETD. They not only take care of tires. They take care of everything and treat me with respect. They explain why things need to be done in a way that I understand. They check everything and help me to prevent small things from becoming catastrophic.

Had plenty of trust with this business until I discovered dash cam video of them failing to do a specific job I had requested but still charging me for it. When I visited the shop about this they provided someone elses report for the job they claimed to have done on my car. After making them aware of the dash cam footage they apologized and gave me a refund. I would not trust them to work on my car again.

Wonderfull, the worker was extremely professional. But 2 different women at 2 different times spoke to him with their masks down and no one said a word to them. You should place a large sign next to the workers so these SELFISH and ignorant people can see it.

The manager who helped me out was extremely helpful and walked me through what to check for when seeing if you need new tires. He also explained to me the differences in the types of tires without overwhelming the process. They were able to do the job quick which was helpful because I had an impact bubble and I was worried about getting a flat. Ill definitely go back for other jobs not just tires.

This place is my go to place for everything related to tires. I have bought 2 sets of tires from this place for both my cars. They are always so courteous and professional. And they actually try to save you money by giving you the options. Best place to go; Costco may be a little cheaper; but you wont get the the great service that this place provides.

I did my homework and knew what tires I wanted. Needing to be in the city and the tires not in stock I asked for a recommendation that would be comparable to what I wanted. Not only did they recommend a different tire they went out to the internet with me right there and showed me that stats on their recommendation compared to what I originally chose.
