The staff at ETD seem to be very thorough, when they were working on my alignment the service manager even walked me out on to the work floor to show me what was wrong. He then gave me a detailed explanation of why they couldn't fix my alignment as is, and that an additional adjustment bolt was needed. It did the trick and my Sorento is tracking straight as an be. They seem to be very honest and open about necessary repairs and did not recommend anything that wasn't required to do the job.
