Someone drove my car putting 50 miles on it and yet they deny it but I wrote down my mileage before leaving it with them. Now the service i had an appointment they kept my car all day although I called at noon to check the status they had not started i waited all day until about 5p, nothing so I called and just picked up my car and went to the dealership the next day. Made about it.
