Dropped off my truck the night before and it was supposed to be done by noon. Called still not done and unable to determine when it would be done as there was no Shop Forman to talk to. Very discouraging and upsetting as I had to wait until 4:00 pm to get my truck that was to be done by 12:00. Gave you 2 stars as the Nissam Service Manger was very helpful.

The salesmen were very nice and helpful. We had to bring the car back so they could write down the airbag number to check it for a recall. Everything turned out good and they even washed the car for us. It saved us a trip since we were heading to car wash after the appointment.

Asked Dutros to check the Carrier Bearing because of loud and hard shake when accelerating (especially uphill) as well as the AC fan that blows extremely loud. Neither was checked or recorded. I was told there was no shake in the truck and that it was probably the torque converter. Dutro said they had ordered the part but I have not heard from them in over a month.

The part is on back order with no ETA from Ford. you may call your after market extended warranty to see if they might help. Since we don't sell that
warranty i don't have any pull with them. But we will let you know once the part arrives also just so you know we are having a lot of problems with delays in receiving parts due to the economy so sorry.

I do have an unresolved issue due to a manufacturing defect on the threshold on the right front passenger side in the door jamb. They are awaiting a "reply" from Nissan. I will not give them any more ratings until the problem is resolved.
