The driver door does not close right. It is either the door latch misaligned, or either the door seal is not installed right. The driver door makes a sound that it did not have when i had the traverse before the work was performed on traverse at Durango motor. I called the Durango motor to see if they could check the door out. i am not satisfied with the outcome of the door performance. Sorry

I did not like that they mixed up my car with another so my 2 hour wait became 4 hours for the complete repair. But I did like that when the mistake was realized I was given a loaner car ... making the best out of an annoying situation. I appreciated that ... work is always done well!

I've been getting my vehicle serviced here for some time now and I like it. Things change quite a bit but the change isn't really drastic. The new employees are nice and helpful. But the advisor we had on this day particularly was super nice and helpful. The service we received was 10/10. I'd like for him to be our advisor again.

I am seeking a VERY specific truck with just what I want in it.. I have looked at probably 1000 Carfax listed trucks and the few that I have found are at least 4 hours away.. We are in Pagosa Springs, CO and are nowhere near where MY truck can be found. No fault of the dealers. Durango Motors were highly professional and most helpful. I recommend them as a great dealer in this area.

Had an appointment to have a simple oil change at 7:30, didn't get serviced till 8:30. The only reason I got serviced at 8:30 was because I went up and asked about the progress, 15 minutes later it was done. Don't recommend Durango Motor Company unless you're under the Toyota 2 year warranty. Once that is done, do not return.

Service staff dropped the ball. Had to wait six weeks after inspection the original service guy forgot to call then even after I got it done last week someone called me yesterday to say the parts are in and they're ready to do the job when I've already been done for a week.

Best service ever! I had my 07 4Runner detailed and he came back looking brand new. I would not have been surprised if they found McDonald's french fries from 2012 in there. They were so friendly and kind and seem genuinely happy to do a perfect job for me. I highly recommend!

There was an honest mistake made by the technician but they were able to have the problem fixed in just a few days. Durango Motor Co. gave me a rental for the time being as well. I really appreciated it, especially since I am traveling 2 hr. to get work done on my vehicle with a 3 month old baby.

They were friendly and very accommodating. The services were done expediently and the best part, they didn't try to upsell me on additional services, which I greatly appreciated! My former mechanic, who had retired, recommended that I use them and I am very satisfied with the service they provided. I highly recommend the Durango Motor Co. Service Department!
