Went so they could check my tire pressure and why my car was squealing. Told me that they balanced my tires and they said I needed brakes on front and back. Luckily I have a parent that has been working on cars for 20 years and only needed front brakes. I saved $1200 because my dad did my brakes and checked everything else, I just knew I needed help with my tires I didn't need a balance.

Nope. Don't replace cabin air filters if you can't clean out debris that fell into blower motor area. I didn't ask for you to remove that. All I asked for was a tire rotation and oil change, now I have a loud fan that makes noise.

Overall was excellent and very easy to get an appointment and scheduled service.
The only thing was my computer on vehicle had to be reset again for tire pressure. The warning light popped up every time I started my vehicle. Went back and they check pressure and reset computer.

I needed a professional to look into a noise issue I had under my hood. After an evaluation they found no problem but did identify an engine & 2 filter issues, which they fixed for me.
They got me in quickly & took the time to explain the issues.
These guys are knowledgeable, super nice & very professional.

This Dunn Tire location took me in quickly after I noticed the original Dunn Tire put my snow tires on backwards (Directional Tires). Apologized for the mistake even though it wasn't this locations fault. Was in and out in 1 hour. Will be going back here again for the customer service I received.

Took my car to Dunn to have the all season tires switched with the snow tires (which were already on wheels). I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. It took 40 minutes and I was back on the road. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to Dunn Tire to have my winter tires put on. They were courteous, informative, got the job done, made sure there was enough tire pressure on each one and showed me how to reset the TPMS to clear an erroneous 'low tire pressure' message on the dashboard.
